  Good company, very bad employees.
  To bad you can give -stars other wise I will give them -5.
  I brought in a cooler for inspection and repair, 3 months later after many, many, many phone calls with a "we call you back" promise, I decided to just go get my cooler, I showed up to the place and they asked me if I had an appointment or if someone had called me, it was really hard to contain myself but I did, they finally bring my cooler out on a cart in pieces and tell me that if I want it repaired they had an estimate for me... I laugh and told them that they not only lost my business but I will make sure to let everyone at my wine club know not to do business with them, now we all give our business and our tax dollars to another state, as I said in the beginning, good company, very bad employees.
